Kim Hyun Joong New Album Tonight and on Barefoot Friends

TONIGHT, TONIGHT, TONIGHT!  My excitement is growing for this upcoming album release in June!  I can't wait to hear what Hyun Joong has to offer us.  He never disappoints and keeps us happy with new music before we are able to get tired of the last release.  I am still listening to Heat and  Your Story in my playlist... and soon I'll be able to add 3 new songs to my playlist.

His third Japanese single will include 3 songs including Tonight and Cappuccino. The 5 different album options include 3 different limited editions that will include a DVD with the music video to the 3 new songs. There will also be a supplemental version that contains photocards and a normal version that just comes with the CD.  The release date is set for June 5, 2013.

The hardest part is choosing which jacket release you want out of 5!  All have different looks from manly motorcycle man to dapper dandy in suit and tie!  Ahhh... the choices!  If you have a lot of extra $ I guess you can order them all!  As for me... I am still undecided!  ;)  I will have to know soon, because I want to get my copy before they sell out!  You know they will be going fast as we all want Hyun Joong to hit the Oricon chart at #1 once again!

Barefoot Friends was waiting for me at drama fever this weekend, and I didn't even know it.  It's about time they started airing current variety shows!  I was so excited I was beside myself and watched episode 1 and 2.  Oh, I am reminded of why Kim Hyun Joong is my idol for a lifetime.  I was so moved by the profound comments he made like this one:

"People become good when they are happy."

Hyun Joong's costar, Comedian Kang Ho Dong, got very serious when Hyun Joong made this comment and told him his statements were often profound.  I have to agree.  Many of Hyun Joong's quotes have inspired me and helped me to see life from his perspective of happiness and goodness.  Hyun Joong is a happy person... therefore, he is a good person.  Or is it the other way around?  At any rate... I model myself after Kim Hyun Joong because he is so inspiring and wise.

I think the most fun I had was laughing at his costars when every single one had only one comment after seeing his video interview.  Kim Hyun Joong is handsome!  LOL!  I love it, because it's true.  However, it is a bit sad that a lot of Koreans don't think of anything else when they think of Hyun Joong.  Many antis try to discount him saying he isn't talented and that they require more from their idols than astounding good looks.  Well, they have not taken the time to get to know Kim Hyun Joong.  

His good looks do excite interest at first.  That is how all his fans were drawn to him after seeing him in SS501 or Boys Over Flowers.  But, it is Kim Hyun Joong's beautiful heart that keeps us loyal.  He sings well, he dances well and his acting causes you to experience his character on a deep emotional level.  Some may not feel he is the best at these things.  Even Kim Hyun Joong is demure about his talent.  All I have to say is that I am happy when I see him.  I am happy when I listen to his songs.  And.  I am happy to call myself his fan.  I am always proud of my Angel Joong.

Kim Hyun Joong was not only beautiful and profound on Barefoot Friends, he was also 4D and funny, of course!  I know the MC, Kang Ho Dong, is a comedian by his profession.  But, for me, Kim Hyun Joong is by far funnier with his 4D personality.  I laughed so hard when he was bargaining with the Vietnamese woman for a discount on the supplies to sell street pancakes.  He did this cute little shoulder move and smiled at her so sweetly.  All she could say was "Ippeuna!" (Beautiful... she apparently knew this word in Korean well! LOL!)  and she was immediately charmed by him and gave them a 33% discount!  Wow!  The power of Kim Hyun Joong is truly amazing!  :D

I am on the edge of my seat waiting for episode 3.  Apparently, we get to see KHJ do a crazy dance for University Students.  I'm anxiously checking Drama Fever waiting for the episode to be available.  I'm so happy to be seeing Hyun Joong just as himself.  That is the best gift to his fans.  Just Hyun Joong... no frills.  I love him just that way.  He would not have to do anything else for me to be satisfied.  All his talents are just bonus. I could not go through my day without listening to his sweet voice singing me happy.  I re-watch his drama Boys Over Flowers at least 4 times per year... he just keeps me positive, happy, and going!  Check back for my thoughts on the next episode or subscribe by email in the sidebar for convenient alerts!  See you next time!
